Using SoraStitch

By using SoraStitch you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

SoraStitch turns pictures into crochet and knitting charts and patterns, with optional AI photo cleanup, saving, Make mode and exports.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Your pictures and patterns

• You keep ownership of the pictures you upload and the patterns you create.
• Only upload pictures you have the right to use. Don't upload other people's copyrighted artwork, characters, logos or trademarks unless you have permission.
• You give us permission to process your pictures and patterns only as needed to run the service for you (for example, to run AI cleanup or save a pattern).

What you make

Items you crochet or knit from your SoraStitch patterns are yours to keep, give away or sell. You may also share or sell the patterns you create, as long as you have the rights to the picture they came from.

AI features and estimates

AI cleanup redraws your picture automatically; results vary and may not look exactly like the original. Yarn quantities and finished sizes are estimates based on the gauge you enter — always work a swatch and check your yarn labels before buying.

Plans, credits and billing

• Free includes chart making, editing, instructions, Make mode and up to 3 saved patterns.
• Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Cancelling: cancel anytime in your billing settings. You keep Pro, and any remaining credits, until the end of the period you've paid for; it won't renew after that.
• Credits pay for AI features. Subscription credits are added each billing period and unused credits don't roll over. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• If an AI request fails, the credits for it are returned automatically.
• Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future billing periods; we'll tell you in advance.
• Refunds: payments aren't generally refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse SoraStitch: no attempts to break or overload the service, get around limits or free-trial rules, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful or infringing.

Availability

We work hard to keep SoraStitch running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.

Liability

SoraStitch is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using SoraStitch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we'll let you know before they take effect; continuing to use SoraStitch means you accept them.
