Tips for better results

Start from something close

Tracing is faster than drawing from scratch: upload a simple sketch, clip art or photo, then paint over it stitch by stitch.

Keep colour runs long

Every lone stitch means two colour changes. Use the Checks panel to spot single-stitch runs and tidy them before you begin.

Name your colours after real yarn

Edit each colour in the key to match the yarn you own, so the chart shows exactly what you'll see in your lap.

Start from any image — even a simple sketch — and paint over it. A blank-grid option is coming soon.

Can I sell items I make from my patterns?

Yes. What you crochet from your SoraStitch patterns is yours to keep, gift or sell, as long as you have the rights to the picture you started from.

Can I print the pattern?

Yes — download a PDF with a cover page, yarn list, chart pages with colour letters and every row written out.

Can I use my own yarn colours?

Yes. Click any colour in the yarn key to change it, add colours, or replace one colour with another everywhere in the chart.

Can I undo mistakes?

Yes, every edit can be undone and redone, and saved patterns keep your changes automatically.
